What is Tofu Bell Pepper Stir Fry?
Tofu Bell Pepper Stir Fry is an easy-to-make vegan dish which can be ready under 20 minutes. Besides the delightful flavors, what really makes it so unique and popular is the texture contrast of tofu and bell pepper. This dish also uses garlic to further enhance the flavors.

Firm tofu 400g
Bell pepper 2
Garlic 3 cloves
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Green onion few
Cut firm tofu into even rectangles, and cut bell peppers, garlics, and green onion into strips.
Cut bell peppers into strips.
Then, heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Add tofu to the wok, and turn to low heat to fry until both sides turn golden.
Then, add bell peppers and green onion to the wok.
Quickly stir fry for 2 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove the pan from the heat.
Garnish the stir-fry with chopped scallions or cilantro, if desired.
