Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry

The protein-packed tofu combines with the vibrant and nutritious broccoli. It’s one of the most popular vegan Chinese dish which offers perfect balance of flavors and textures.

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 250 g firm tofu
  • 150 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  • Blanch the broccoli in boiled water for 2 minutes and drain.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat, and add the garlic. Cook for 20 seconds, and be careful not to let the garlic burn. Add the tofu to cook until the both sides are turning golden.
  • Add the broccoli and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Gently toss everything together.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, and serve!

Notes

Firm tofu is required for this dish.
